Embodied Being - Yoga as a Way Home
What if your body held the answers your mind has been chasing?
Join us on Saturday, June 8th | 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM for a powerful Embodiment & Yoga Workshop — a morning to come home to yourself.
This isn’t just another yoga class. It's a guided exploration of movement, stillness, and deep listening. Through breath, intuitive flow, and somatic practices, you'll shift from thinking about your body to truly being in it. Perfect if you’ve been feeling scattered, tense, or craving a deeper connection with yourself. Come exactly as you are — leave feeling more like yourself.

Grounding embodiment practices
Led by Julie Mainprize: Working in physiotherapy for the last 15 years in the hospital has led Julie to see how much the system focuses on treating sickness rather than nurturing wellness. Her journey revealed how disconnected she had become - living in her head and out of touch with her body. She believes that living more fully and presently in your body creates a more liberated and full way of existing in the world. As an embodiment practitioner, Julie now supports others in reclaiming that connection and coming home to themselves.
Creative, mindful yoga
Led by Julie Sweeney: Julie is a yoga teacher passionate about making yoga truly accessible for every body. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone—regardless of age, size, mobility, or experience. She works heavily with props and modifications to create a supportive, adaptable environment where students can explore movement in a way that feels safe, empowering, and sustainable. Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after time away, Julie's goal is to help you find a practice that meets you exactly where you are.
