Strengthen your balance and expand your flexibility in this steady, feel-good class. We’ll begin standing with slow, controlled movements to challenge stability and improve mobility, then move down to the floor for deeper stretches and a slow, grounded finish.

Class ends with a relaxing savasana to leave you feeling centered, open, and refreshed. All levels welcome!  

All our yoga classes will offer accommodations and modifications to welcome all individuals.
