During your postpartum recovery, we want to ensure that you are receiving all the added support needed. We know this can be a difficult transition with added pressures and demands, and many physical and emotional changes. We want you to have the best postpartum recovery possible.
All of our Doulas are carefully selected, trained, and mentored so they can all provide exceptional postpartum care to you and your family. Each one of our Doulas are trained in Child & Infant CPR + First Aid and have criminal record checks,

Our Fearless Doula team has years of experience supporting birthing people, their support partners, and infants. With our postpartum packages, your family gets access to our team’s knowledge, experience, and resources.

Our team comes to you! Our Doulas offer hands-on support, light house cleaning, infant feeding, baby wearing, infant soothing, grocery pickups, and more.

We understand how infant feeding, whether bottle feeding, breastfeeding or chestfeeding, can be challenging at times. Our Doulas are here to help with basic latch issues, understanding what is normal and what isn’t, pumping, bottle feeding, and connecting you to local resources, where needed.

Being a parent is hard work! Our team is here to tidy and reduce the stress of a cluttered space with an infant.

Take one more thing off your list so you can focus on your recovery! Our team will head to the store and pick up your groceries, if needed.

Being a new parent can feel lonely, overwhelming, and confusing. Our team provides a safe, non-judgemental, and inclusive space for you to tell your story and how you are feeling.

With years of experience and continuous training, our Fearless Doulas are ready to share our tips, tricks, and resources. We can also provide referrals to local community supports such as pelvic floor specialists. Our postpartum families also have access to all of the services, professionals, and classes offered at our centre.

Bringing a new baby home is a big transition and comes with its own successes and challenges. Our trained and experienced Fearless Doulas are here to support you through your postpartum and transition period.
Our Doulas can provide tips, answer your questions, light housecleaning, pick up groceries, baby wear, and care for your baby while you get some much needed sleep.
*Can be purchased separately or included in a package with a minimum of 6 hours for evening support.

Sleep is an important part of postpartum healing and preventing postpartum depression and anxiety. Getting sleep, however, can be difficult when you have a newborn or a baby that experiences sleep regression.
Our experienced Fearless Doulas are available to provide overnight infant support! Our Doulas will help with soothing, snuggling, feeding, and changing so you and your partner can rest.
