Dance with Sarah is less about dancing between the lines and fitting into the mold of specific dance techniques. It's more about Self-expression and a return to who you are at your core, The Sovereign. 

It's Freedom, Flow, and Fun! 

Sarah makes every student feel seen and appreciated. She helps women improve their posture, increase their confidence, and lower their stress level through movement. In her class, she aims to bring the joy and release the tension.

Health benefits related to belly dance include improved core strength, increased flexibility, enhanced balance and coordination, muscle toning, calorie burning, in addition to cardiovascular benefits.

Belly dance is a low-impact exercise. It is gentle on the joints, making it suitable for individuals of various ages and fitness levels.
